Psychology consulting room for rent
North East Psychology has a consulting room available for rent by the week or by the day (minimum of two days preferred). North East Psychology is conveniently located in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, near Modbury. It is on the corner of North East and Grand Junction Roads, next to the Holden Hill Shopping Centre.
Ideally this room would suit an experienced psychologist who is able to work with a range of clients. Some overflow referrals will be provided, as well as notifying existing referrers to the practice of the new psychologist.
This room may suit a psychologist who is starting in private practice and requires some start up assistance. An opportunity may exist to take over the business in a few years as the practice owner approaches retirement.
Availability
Available immediately for use on a weekly or daily basis (minimum of two days preferred)
Daily rate: $90/day plus GST
Weekly rate $380 plus GST
Initial six-month trial rental agreement is available if preferred, followed by a 12-month rental agreement. Three months’ notice of vacating is required.
Room features
10 square metres.
Furnished with a desk, drawers, office chair, two client chairs and a large filing cabinet and own a/c in the room.
*Access to a larger consulting room is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and most Mondays if required. This room is $110/day plus GST.
