Elaine is the principal psychologist at North East Psychology with 28 years experience in the field. She provides clinical psychology services to individual adults with a range of psychological conditions including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, drug and alcohol problems and grief and loss issues. Elaine has worked in various areas within the public Mental Health Services and has also worked in the area of drug and alcohol addiction.
Elaine uses a range of therapies including cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and mindfulness-based strategies.
Please note that Elaine does not provide services for children, adolescents, couples or families.
